FEE AGREEMENT
Thank you for working with Hubert & Max!
The undersigned hereby engages Hubert & Max as a broker for the purpose of assisting in the purchase or renting of a suitable real estate. It is understood and agreed that if the undersigned(s), or an immediate member of his, her or their family, purchases, rent(s) sublet(s), or obtain(s) any apartment which Hubert & Max had introduced within 180 days of the date of this document, whether directly or indirectly from the owner, then a broker’s commission shall be due. The commission due shall be based upon the following schedule:
- 5% of Property purchase price
- 20% of rent for rental up to a month
- One (1) month rent for rental up to six (6) months
- 12% of annual rent for rental one (1) year and above
- Commission as may be agreed
It is agreed that Hubert & Max shall consider commissions duly earned and not refundable when a purchase or lease has been issued by the property owner or when the property has been occupied by the undersigned.
